MIKE WILLIAMS, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mike Williams is a seasoned nonprofit and public sector leader with over 25 years of experience in budget management, program development, and community engagement. He has led organizations with multimillion-dollar budgets, including serving as President & CEO of the Guest House of Milwaukee and Director of Residential Services at Lad Lake, Inc.
His public service includes directing key initiatives for the City of Milwaukee, such as the Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative and My Brother’s Keeper. He also served as Assistant Regional Chief for Community Corrections, overseeing operations for thousands of individuals on probation or parole.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling and is a licensed Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. A lifelong advocate for equity and transformation, he brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to his leadership at City on a Hill.
