Patient Visits

City on a Hill provides a safety net to thousands each year, providing holistic services to meet the medical, nutritional, social, emotional and spiritual needs of uninsured and medically underserved residents of the central city. We do so in an environment that ensures compassionate, non-judgmental healthcare through a large and diverse team of volunteer physicians, nurses, social workers, health professionals and many non-medical volunteers.

FEATURED SERVICES

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

We currently provide behavioral health Tele-Therapy sessions through a wonderful partnership with Nurse Disrupted & Anesis Therapy based in Madison, WI. It’s very common, especially post-COVID-19 to experience feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Tele-therapy sessions offer support to battle some of these burdens, alleviate stress, and overcome common barriers so that people can live more fulfilled life. We’re currently offering support to ALL adults through tele-therapy.

Tele-Therapy for young adults ages 18-26 & older adults 26 and older.

Sessions are Mondays 10 am – 1 PM, Tuesdays 10:30 -12:30 PM, Wednesdays 9:30 – 4 PM

MONTHLY HEALTH OUTREACH

Our monthly neighborhood health outreach provides holistic services to meet the medical, nutritional, social, emotional and spiritual needs of uninsured, medically underserved, and homeless residents of the central city. Guests also enjoy a hot meal, have opportunities to socialize, and find a place to belong. Mark your calendar for the second Saturday of every month: 12 pm – 2:00 pm.

COVID-19 EDUCATION & VACCINE INFORMATION

COVID-19 has impacted many lives in our community. City on a Hill is engaged with residents to address any and all barriers and misconceptions of COVID-19 and the vaccine.
