We offer compassionate, whole-person care for uninsured and underserved central city residents; addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through a dedicated team of medical professionals, social workers, and volunteers.

MONTHLY COMMUNITY WELLNESS OUTREACH
Our Community Wellness Outreach offers free health services, community resources, a hot meal, and much more. Guests also enjoy opportunities to socialize and find a place to belong.
This event occurs every second Saturday of every month: 12 PM – 2 PM.

Dental Visits
We provide dental hygienist visits free of charge for dental assessments that provide cleaning or sealants. We welcome patients with Medicare and Medicaid. We serve adults, children, and entire families.

Vision Clinic
Vision Clinic is held every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9 AM to 12 PM. Patients receive a free eye screening, glasses, and a carrying case.

Community Health Worker
Our Community Health Worker works to provide housing resources, job support, health and insurance navigation, and whole-person support. If you need assistance, they’re here to walk alongside you.
