BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

We currently provide behavioral health Tele-Therapy sessions through a wonderful partnership with tele-health platforms and Anesis Therapy. It’s very common, especially post-COVID-19 to experience feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Tele-Therapy sessions offer support to battle some of these burdens, alleviate stress, and overcome common barriers so that people can live a more fulfilled life. We’re currently offering support to ALL adults through Tele-Therapy.

We also provide In-Person Therapy with our amazing providers on-site.

Tele-Therapy is offered for young adults (18-26) and adults (26+).

Sessions are available Mondays 10 AM – 1 PM, Tuesdays 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM, and Wednesdays 9:30 AM – 4 PM.
