City on a Hill, a Milwaukee-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming communities through whole-family wellness and empowerment, today announced a strategic realignment of its operations. This decision comes as nonprofits across the nation face an increasingly complex funding environment, prompting necessary adaptations to maintain long-term sustainability and community impact.
As part of this strategic realignment, several valued staff members have transitioned from their roles. City on a Hill honors their significant contributions and expresses deep gratitude for the passion, dedication, and positive impact these team members have provided to the organization and the broader Milwaukee community.

Moving forward, City on a Hill remains deeply committed to its mission of fostering whole-family wellness, empowering youth, and strengthening neighborhoods. Starting the week of May 5, 2025, the organization will implement a refreshed and integrated programmatic approach, focusing on impactful Youth & Family Empowerment Sessions, home visits, and community-building events designed to promote leadership, economic mobility, and holistic care.
