On behalf of the City on a Hill Board of Directors, we are writing to inform you of an important leadership change at City on a Hill.
Effective Friday, June 6, 2025, Art Serna, Jr. is no longer serving as Chief Executive Officer of City on a Hill. The Board of Directors made this decision after thoughtful deliberation and with the organization’s health, values, and long-term mission in mind. We are grateful to Art for his service and leadership during his time with City on a Hill, and we wish him well in his future endeavors.
We understand that leadership changes can raise questions, and we want to assure you that this transition in leadership is being managed thoughtfully and strategically. In the interim, the Board will be working closely with the leadership team at City on a Hill to manage daily operations.
